Allergy
Avoid taking Usibon 300 Tablet if you are allergic to it. Seek medical attention if you experience symptoms such as skin rash, hives (painful eruptions that itch and sting), itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), breathing difficulty, etc.
Biliary tract disorder
Usibon 300 Tablet is not recommended for use if you have conditions such as biliary obstructions (when your bile duct becomes blocked), swelling of the bile duct and gallbladder, or gallstone pancreatitis (when a gallstone blocks your pancreatic duct and cause swelling of your pancreas) with compelling reasons for cholecystectomy (a surgical procedure to remove your gallbladder, an organ located below your liver that stores the digestive fluid).
Gallbladder disorder
Usibon 300 Tablet is not recommended for use if you have a non-functional gallbladder or conditions like swelling or impaired contractility of the gallbladder.
Presence of calcified gallstone
Usibon 300mg Tablet is not recommended for use if you have gallstones formed due to the deposition of calcium. This medicine may not be effective in such a condition.
Chronic liver disease
Usibon 300 Tablet is not recommended for use if you have severe liver problems, as it may worsen the liver condition.
Inflammatory bowel disease
Inflammatory bowel disease is a group of conditions that affect the intestine causing pain and swelling. Usibon 300 Tablet is not recommended for use if you have inflammatory bowel disease.
