Rivela Gel is made with an SPF 50 rating and contains vitamin E. It should be applied about 20 to 30 minutes before going outside and can be reapplied every three hours or after swimming or sweating. This must be used alongside other protective measures like avoiding direct exposure to the suns runs in the middle of the day.
